Private Sessions

Private Pilates Sessions

Our Private Pilates sessions are the way Pilates was meant to be practiced, intentional, personalized, and highly effective. With focused, one on one (or small group) attention, you’ll move beyond simply going through the motions and begin to truly understand how to connect, control, and challenge your body.

This is the fastest and most powerful way to advance your practice. With expert guidance, we tailor each session to your body, your goals, and your pace, helping you build strength, improve alignment, and move more efficiently. As you become more comfortable with transitions and flow, sessions can evolve to include a more dynamic, cardio driven element, giving you a full body workout that is both strengthening and energizing.

Private sessions also offer flexibility and community. Book a standing weekly session as a duet or trio with friends or other students at a similar level, or create your own small group class of up to six people for a consistent, motivating experience with your favorite workout partners.

Pricing:
• Private (1 person): $160
• Duet (2 people): $200
• Trio (3 people): $240
• Private Small Group (4–6 people): $300
