Retreat Terms & Conditions

🌿 The Wild Within Retreat — Terms & Conditions

January 24–29, 2026 | Jungle Bay, Dominica

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking your retreat. By reserving a spot, you agree to all of the policies outlined below.

✅ What’s Included in Your Package:

  • 5 nights at Jungle Bay Resort in a private eco-luxury villa (with private patio, raindrop shower, and lush surroundings)

  • Daily yoga and/or meditation with Shannon & Nancy

  • All meals (mainly vegetarian and vegan with fish, chicken, and meat options available)

  • One 30-minute spa treatment

  • Use of yoga mats and props

  • Two group excursions

  • Transfers to and from Douglas-Charles Airport (DOM)

  • Full access to pools, hot tub, and hiking trails
    ​

🚫 Not Included:

  • International airfare to/from Dominica (DOM airport)

  • Travel and health insurance (strongly recommended)

  • Additional spa treatments, excursions beyond the two group trips, or personal bookings

  • Drinks, room service, and extra snacks

  • Gratuities or personal expenses
     

💳 Pricing, Deposits & Payments:

All prices are listed in USD per person.
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • October 15, 2025 – 50% of remaining balance is due

  • November 15, 2025 – Final payment is due

Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. A 3% service charge applies to all credit card payments.

Yoga Love will handle all invoicing, room preferences, and booking coordination. Once you're ready to reserve, please contact us directly to begin the process.

🚨 Cancellation Policy:

  • All payments are non-refundable after December 20, 2025 (4 weeks before the retreat).

  • If cancellation is due to government-imposed travel bans during the retreat dates, all paid amounts may be credited toward a future retreat (subject to availability and pricing).

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or unused portions of the retreat.

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • This retreat is sold as a full package only. No partial pricing or discounts will be offered.

  • Jungle Bay and Yoga Love are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

  • We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

  • In the rare event that the retreat must be canceled due to insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be issued for your retreat fee only.

  • We reserve the right to substitute a teacher in case of illness or emergency.

📸 Photo & Liability Waivers:

By attending this retreat, you agree to:

  • Participate in yoga sessions, excursions, and spa treatments at your own risk.

  • Release Yoga Love and Jungle Bay from any liability related to injury or loss.

  • Allow photographs or videos taken during the retreat to be used for future promotional purposes.
