We are located on the beautiful Irvington waterfront.  There is FREE parking. Make sure to park inside the parking lot directly across from the 1 Bridge St building.  Free inside the lot, outside the lot are permit only spaces.
Enter under the awning marked 1 Bridge Street (right next door to MP Taverna). Up the stairs to the left and then first left down the hall and we are at the end, Suite 17.

Blocks and straps are available for use for all classes.  Most students prefer  to bring their own yoga mats, but mats and towels are available to rent for a small  fee (free only for members). We do have a water cooler so bring a water bottle to fill up!
